Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $150. Some exclusions may apply due to sale items or large shipping items. If your order is under $150, you may be able to choose from two options:
Express Shipping (2-3 business days within Australia) $12.95
Standard Shipping (3-14 business days) $9.95
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Unfortunately, orders are unable to be cancelled once it has been placed.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that during busy periods such as flash sales and holidays, delays are possible.
Please note that our boutique is located out of Australia Post's Next-Day-Delivery network and therefore express delivery will take 2-3 business days from day of dispatch to arrive, with the only exception being metropolitan WA where next-day-delivery is possible but not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details attached. Please note that Australia Post do not provide very detailed tracking information along the way and can also provide very conservative estimated delivery dates. Rest assured that if you have received a Shipping Confirmation, your order is in transit and will be in your arms soon!
We recommend sending to a business or PO Box if your home address will be unattended during the day. All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery and if nobody is there to sign for it, it will be held at your local Australia Post for collection. Please contact your local post office first before contacting us if your order is late as we often find parcels are simply awaiting collection
Heavy & Bulky Item Shipping
For large and overweight items, such as art, umbrellas and homewares, it is necessary for us to quote the cost of shipping after purchase, to get the most accurate cost of each item.
When you purchase an item that falls under this category, shipping will appear as FREE - Requires Quote at checkout. We will contact you after your order is confirmed, with the shipping quote and send an updated invoice with this fee applied.
International Shipping
Customers shopping from outside of Australia and New Zealand, may choose from the following shipping options:
Standard International Shipping (6-27 business days) $19.95 AUD
All pricing on our website is listed in AUD currency.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our store. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.
Customs Delays
Please note that customs inspections can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure it is delivered safely. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen international shipments.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from shipping issues is limited to the cost of reshipping the item or refunding the purchase price, at our discretion.
