Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, Wild Palm Store will refund (when faulty) or exchange all articles purchased within 21 days of the delivery date less the postage cost. Please note there are no refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

All returns need to be processed online by following the steps below...

  1. Get the order number and email address you used to make the order.
  2. Email the details of your return, including why the item is being returned to hello@wildpalm.store 

Returns received outside of 21 days may be accepted at Wild Palm's sole and absolute discretion.

Terms and conditions of returns:

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.

Underwear and Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on underwear or earrings unless faulty.

Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by registered post or by other such means or carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. All returns or exchanges sent to Wild Palm Store must have a valid tracking number. Wild Palm Store will not be liable for items lost in transit.

The costs of returning items shall be the customer’s responsibility.

No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.

Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, Wild Palm Store is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. Wild Palm Store classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty. Items that are not washed to the instructions on the garment are not deemed faulty. 


NO RETURN/EXCHANGE on SALE items, swimwear if hygiene seal has been removed, or footwear if soles are marked or scratched.

Outside the above timeframe, our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by Wild Palm Store to comply with applicable Australian laws.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
